Refund policy

Return Period:
You’ve got 14 days from the day you got your order to request a return or exchange.

Exclusions:
Used candles can’t be returned or refunded — sorry, they’ve already worked their magic!

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
To qualify, items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused, and look just like when they arrived.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at scententions@yahoo.com within 2 days with a photo explaining the issue in detail. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund if it’s no longer available.

Return Shipping:
You’ll need to cover return shipping, and those costs aren’t refundable. We recommend using a trackable method as we can’t promise the return will arrive safely otherwise.

Approval Process:
Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll email you with an update on your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline:
If all looks good, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days.

Melted Items:
We can’t refund melted candles. During summer, we only ship Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid the heat - so if you can, consider shipping to your work or somewhere packages won’t bake in the sun.

Heads Up:
We’re not responsible for packages left outside in crazy weather (heat, rain, cold) for too long!
